• Pick-up services are arranged primarily to ensure safe and smooth admission of the patient to the rehabilitation facility. Such services are subject to availability and centre discretion.
• Any charges related to pick-up services, if applicable, shall be communicated clearly to the family in advance.
• The centre staff will make reasonable efforts to ensure safe transportation of the patient; however, delays due to traffic conditions, weather, law enforcement, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be the responsibility of the centre.
• Pick-up services are meant solely for the purpose of admission and cannot be used for personal travel or non-treatment-related purposes.
• The centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel pick-up services if safety concerns, resistance, or legal complications arise.
• Proper identification and verification of the patient or accompanying person may be required at the time of pick-up to ensure safety and authenticity.

All services are provided with professional care, dignity, and confidentiality. The rehabilitation centre reserves the right to modify policies, rules, and procedures without prior notice.
