Rules and Regulations
All patients admitted to the rehabilitation centre are required to follow the daily routine, therapy schedules, medical instructions, and program structure designed for their recovery.
- The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any banned substance inside the centre premises is strictly prohibited and will attract immediate disciplinary action.
- Patients must maintain respectful behaviour towards doctors, counsellors, staff members, and fellow patients at all times. Any form of misconduct or disturbance will not be tolerated.
- The use of mobile phones, electronic devices, or internet access is restricted as per centre policy to maintain discipline and focus on recovery.
- Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours and must comply with centre rules. Any violation during visits may lead to restriction of future visits.
- Patients are expected to maintain cleanliness, personal hygiene, and care for shared facilities within the centre.
- Leaving the rehabilitation premises without prior permission or supervision is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Any intentional damage to the centre’s property, equipment, or infrastructure will be recoverable from the patient or their family.
- Confidentiality and privacy of fellow patients must be respected. Sharing personal information or treatment details of others is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of any rule or regulation may result in warning, restriction of privileges, or discharge from the rehabilitation program.
All services are provided with professional care, dignity, and confidentiality. The rehabilitation centre reserves the right to modify policies, rules, and procedures without prior notice.
