Terms and Conditions
By seeking admission or availing any service from our Rehabilitation Centre, the patient and/or their legal guardian or family members agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- Admission to the rehabilitation centre is generally voluntary and based on informed consent of the patient or their legal guardian. In certain situations, admission may also be done on the request of family members for the safety and well-being of the patient, subject to applicable laws and ethical practices.
- The duration and nature of treatment vary from person to person depending on the individual’s medical condition, addiction history, psychological state, and response to therapy. No fixed timeline for recovery can be guaranteed.
- All information provided by the patient or family members, including medical history, substance use history, and personal details, must be accurate and complete. The centre will not be responsible for complications arising from incorrect or concealed information.
- The rehabilitation centre reserves the right to modify, adjust, or change treatment plans, therapies, or schedules based on the patient’s progress, medical needs, safety concerns, or professional judgment of the treating team.
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Any refund, if applicable, shall be subject to administrative deductions and centre policy.
- Patients are advised not to bring valuables such as cash, jewellery, or expensive personal items. The centre shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Any form of physical violence, verbal abuse, misconduct, illegal activity, or non-cooperation with staff or fellow patients will invite strict disciplinary action, which may include immediate discharge.
- Patients must strictly follow the rules, schedules, therapy sessions, dietary plans, and instructions given by doctors, counsellors, and staff for effective recovery.
- The centre reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue treatment if a patient repeatedly violates rules, poses a threat to others, or refuses to cooperate with the rehabilitation process.
- The use, possession, or circulation of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any prohibited substance within the premises is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action.
All services are provided with professional care, dignity, and confidentiality. The rehabilitation centre reserves the right to modify policies, rules, and procedures without prior notice.
